Atelier Jaromíra: sculptural legacy in bronze.
Atelier Jaromíra presents an exclusive collection of handcrafted bronze jewellery and sculptures by Vojtěška Vlčková (1948–2023) — Czech sculptor and jewellery designer.
A graduate of the School of Applied Arts in Turnov, Vojtěška dedicated her life to creating distinctive designs using the traditional lost-wax casting technique. Vlčková's work is mainly based on biblical motifs and ancient mythology, but also reflects her particular humour in relation to the present.
Her apprentice and collaborator Jaromíra Pavlíková, who shared almost two decades of creative dialogue with Vojtěška, keeps her legacy alive today. Using original molds and technology, she preserves the material integrity and symbolic language of Vojtěška Vlčková.
